Privacy Policy
Digital Optimizer LLC · Last updated: August 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Digital Optimizer LLC ("Digital Optimizer," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our websites digitaloptimizer.agency, digitaloptimizer.app, and johangarcia.com (together, the "Sites"), our marketing agency services, and our AI media buying platform offered to clients at digitaloptimizer.app (the "Platform").
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Contact information — name, email address, phone number, and company details you submit when you contact us, book a call, or become a client.
- Client account information — billing details, service preferences, and credentials or authorizations you grant us to operate your advertising and CRM accounts.
Information collected through client integrations
When a client authorizes us to manage their accounts, we access data through official platform APIs, including the Google Ads API, Meta Marketing API, and CRM systems (for example Salesforce or GoHighLevel). This may include campaign and ad performance metrics, spend and budget data, lead and customer records the client owns, and conversion data. We access this data solely to provide contracted services to that client.
Information collected automatically
Our Sites may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs through server logs and analytics tools.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and improve our agency services and the Platform;
- To manage, report on, and optimize advertising campaigns on behalf of the client that owns the data;
- To upload client-owned, consented conversion and audience data to advertising platforms at the client's direction (for example, offline conversion imports and Customer Match lists, with identifiers hashed before transmission);
- To communicate with you, respond to inquiries, and send service updates;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
Google user data — Limited Use disclosure
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Ads data accessed through the Google Ads API is used only to provide and improve the contracted advertising management and reporting features visible to the client that owns the account. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising purposes outside the owning client's own campaigns, do not combine it across clients into shared datasets, and do not allow humans to read it except with client consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or as part of aggregated, anonymized internal operations.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers that host our infrastructure (for example cloud hosting, databases, and billing processors) under confidentiality obligations; (b) advertising and CRM platforms at the direction of the client that owns the data; (c) authorities when required by law; and (d) a successor entity in the event of a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy. Each client's data is logically separated and is never shared with, benchmarked against, or exposed to another client.
4. Data retention and security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized personnel under role-based access control with two-factor authentication, and access is revoked when personnel leave or an engagement ends. Campaign performance data is retained for up to 26 months; personal data associated with a client engagement is retained only for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law or contract, then deleted. You may request deletion at any time as described below.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. U.S. state privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act) may grant you additional rights. To exercise any right, contact us at the address below; we will respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.
6. Cookies and analytics
The Sites may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Children
Our Sites and services are directed to businesses and are not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
